Nero Norcia, the 60th edition kicks off

Between February and March, the city of San Benedetto hosted the 60th edition of Nero Norcia, an annual event dedicated to the renowned local black truffle. Among over 100 exhibitors, we participated as producers together with the Consorzio del Prosciutto di Norcia PGI.
Alongside the truffle, the undisputed protagonist of the event, other Umbrian agri-food products also found space, including the famous Prosciutto di Norcia PGI and the lentils of Castelluccio.

Over two weekends (23-25 February and 1-3 March), visitors had the opportunity to taste an excellence such as Prosciutto di Norcia PGI and to discover its history at the Consorzio’s stand. It is based on the enhancement of a unique product.
