Gambero Rosso visits our prosciutto factory in Preci

In June, we hosted the cameras of Gambero Rosso for the TV program “A spasso con Lodo”, a tour of Umbria dedicated to the delicacies of our land.

Jacopo Pallottini, manager of the Preci prosciutto factory, met the food creator Lodovico Tamburi and guided him to discover our innovative and sustainable factory, nestled in the heart of the Monti Sibillini.

That meeting allowed us to show our reality, highlighting its history and values with a special focus on our flagship: Prosciutto di Norcia PGI. During the episode, Lodovico prepared a simple but delicious “Pan y tomate” with our Prosciutto di Norcia IGP.
