coppaspicy in netting

It is a salted, cured meat product made from selected pork cuts, hand-trimmed and stuffed into natural casings. We age it under controlled temperature and humidity conditions for at least 70 days. Once netted, it displays a uniform dark red color with the characteristic white fat marbling. All ingredients are free of substances from GMOs.
