Boneless MEC Prosciutto

This specialty of ours is the result of a careful selection of the best pork meat from qualified and certified farms. The aging takes place at controlled temperatures for a period between of 9-12 months. The unique characteristic of cut slices is their pink/red colour and their hard, elastic texture. Their flavour is aromatic and spiced.
