Whole tied aged coppa “dolce”
It is a savoury product made from selected and manually trimmed pork, aged by us at controlled temperature and humidity for at least 70 days. Characterized by the classic mesh packaging, it has a homogeneous dark red colour with the distinctive infiltrations of white fat. All ingredients are free of substances from GMOs.
