Spicy aged tied capocollo

It is a savoury product made with selected and hand-trimmed pork, aged by us at controlled temperature and humidity for at least 70 days. Characterized by a classic mesh packaging, it has a homogeneous dark red colour with the distinctive infiltrations of white fat and a typically spiced fragrance. All ingredients used are free of substances from GMOs.
