During Milan Wine Week, we brought a taste of Umbria to the vibrant heart of the city. With a branded Apecar loaded with Prosciutto di Norcia PGI and a passion for good food, we toured the streets of Milan, turning the city’s most iconic spots into open-air tasting experiences.
Salpi Street Tasting wasn’t just a traveling event—it was a true sensory journey that told our story slice by slice, a story made of Norcia tradition, craftsmanship, and care.
Milan welcomed us with enthusiasm: between a social snapshot and a taste of our prosciutto, passersby discovered the value of an authentic flavor deeply rooted in the Umbrian territory. In return, we left a tangible memory behind—a Salpi tote bag, symbol of this encounter between regions and culinary cultures.
