Salpi at the 22nd edition of Cibus

From 7 to 10 May, we participated in Cibus in Parma, one of the main international trade fairs dedicated to the agri-food sector.

Salpi, together with the Consorzio di Tutela del Prosciutto di Norcia PGI, presented one of the gastronomic excellences of Umbria: Prosciutto di Norcia PGI.

Since Cibus is a global showcase for the excellence of Made in Italy, it offered us the opportunity to present Prosciutto di Norcia PGI to an international audience, consolidating our position in the global market.
