Salame aquilano

The typical salami from L’Aquila is an aged product stuffed with trimmings of selected pork. Characterized by a classic twine binding, it has a homogeneous mixture of medium grain, with a dark red colour that is accompanied by a typically aromatic fragrance. All ingredients are free of substances from GMOs.
