Nero norcia 2025: a special edition between tradition and authentic flavours

Last weekends, the town of San Benedetto hosted the 61st edition of Nero Norcia, a historic event dedicated to the renowned fine black truffle and Umbrian agri-food excellences.

Salpi took part in the event again this year. Our aim was to enhance a product that represents one of the excellences of Italian butchery: our Prosciutto di Norcia PGI.
We had the pleasure of welcoming a large number of professionals in the industry and lovers of gastronomy, offering them a journey through the history and the authentic flavours of our territory.

We thank all those who visited our stand, tasted our products, and shared moments of discussion and discovery with us.
