MEC Prosciutto with bone
The aged MEC prosciutto WITH BONE AND GREASE is prepared according to strict selection criteria for pork meat, which is always fresh. The trimming of the meat cuts is manual. The aging takes place at controlled temperatures for a period between of 9-12 months. The unique characteristic of cut slices is their pink/red colour and their hard, elastic texture. Their flavour is aromatic and spiced.
