It is a product obtained from the cheek area, marbled with lean meat from selected and certified pork cuts. It features a light red color in the lean streaks and shades ranging from pale pink to white in the mixed-fat parts. Characterized by a spiced aroma. All ingredients are free of substances from GMOs.
