Among over 100 exhibitors, we participated as producers together with the <a href=\"https:\/\/prosciuttodinorcia.com\/\">Consorzio del Prosciutto di Norcia PGI<\/a>.<br>Alongside the truffle, the undisputed protagonist of the event, other Umbrian agri-food products also found space, including the famous Prosciutto di Norcia PGI and the lentils of Castelluccio. <br><br>Over two weekends (23-25 February and 1-3 March), visitors had the opportunity to taste an excellence such as Prosciutto di Norcia PGI and to discover its history at the Consorzio&#8217;s stand.
